Easter Show 08

Llamas are stinky Mum.

We took Miss Rebecca to the Royal Easter show this year, an annual event here in Auckland. I used to go with my parents when I was little and so did my husband. Some things like candy floss ( or fairy floss ) are timeless

Maybe I should let him smell me he probably thinks I smell funny too.

How about if I just pretend to stroke the pig. Not that I am nervous or anything.

It's the Great Pumpkin ! aka a good place to take a rest.

Good luck washing this off later tonight Mum.

Do you think the policeman will notice this is gone when he gets back ?

There are a whole lot of carnival type rides and games, tons of food stalls and different displays and always crowds and crowds of people. A great time was had by all but I am glad it is only once a year.

ooh, I love llamas......! :-)

There was a pub near us years ago that had an exotics licence and kept a couple of llamas in the back field.....I adore their big old sleepy eyes......

psst - tell daughter they are not as stinky as camels!

Rebecca is just about the cutest little girl, EVER, Wendy...These pictures are delightful, too! That is quite a make-up! LOL!
It looks like fun, my dear, but I can see why it would kind of wear you out! (lol)
